About the Founder
Angel Toh started the recruitment and search business in 2013 after spending more than 10 years working in the corporate world. For the past 2 years, she was actively helping companies to find the best candidates to fill in numerous management positions.
Angel has always been in the “people” business. Prior to starting her own recruitment and search business, she was working as a Marketing Manager in a leading job portal in Singapore. During her tenure there, she was responsible for all the social media, digital and all aspect of the marketing functions. From 2009 to 2012, Angel was responsible for a PMEs career development program which was in collaboration with a government agency.
Angel spent several years in sales before moving into marketing role. That’s where she developed an interest in people to people relationship. She has done direct and solution selling to SMEs, MNCs and government agencies.
Interestingly, Angel’s education background was in Early Childhood and Leadership. After her study, she started her career as an Early Childhood Educator dealing with young children. However, she found that her talents and potentials go beyond working with children and decided to venture into the corporate world.
Steven Seek has more than 26 years of working experience in leadership, people and business management. He held various senior management positions and travelled regularly in the region. He was also responsible for investment in digital media start-up companies. He mentored and coached start-up companies from early stage to exit or growth. He remains as a consultant for several of these companies.
Human resource professionals often consulted Steven about industry trends in hiring and recruiting the right candidates to fill their management positions when he was the managing director of a leading regional job portal from 2000 to 2012. He enjoyed those engagement times and meet up sessions with them.
Steven believes everyone has talents and potentials and can be the best who they are. He wants to help people produce extraordinary results in their lives, career and business. He reached out to many PMEs and recruiters through speaking engagements and workshops in career development. He pioneered a career program for PMEs in collaboration with a government agency from 2009 to 2012.
Steven graduated with a bachelor degree in Science (Economics). He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with International Coach Academy (ICA) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF). Steven is also Gallup Certified Strengths Coach; Six Seconds EQ Practitioner; Enneagram Personality Style and Certified ACTA Trainer with Workforce Development Agency.
